Cancellations

Registration cancellation requests can be made by email to son.cne@ttuhsc.edu or through Eventbrite. A refund of the cost of registration, minus the payment processing and service fee, will be issued. Requests must be made up until 48 hours before the conference.

Transfer Registration to Different Event Format

A one-time transfer of a paid registration from in-person to virtual or virtual to in-person without a penalty will be allowed up until February 23, 2026. No transfers will be permitted after February 23 without a $35 fee.

Change Notice

If this conference transitions to virtual-only due to unforeseen circumstances, registered attendees will be informed via email. Those registered for in-person attendance will have the option to attend virtually or receive a full refund.

Conference Policies

The TTUHSC School of Nursing does not permit any audio/video recording, screen capture, or any type of recording of sessions. Registered attendees must attend in real time to receive CE credit. This conference is intended for registered attendees only; sharing passwords or Zoom links is prohibited.
